We want each homeowner who reaches Myselfsides Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line, or plumbing, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Note that Myselfsides Septic cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
