Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use myselfsides.property and the services offered through it by Myselfsides Septic. If you use the website, send a form, or contact Myselfsides Septic through the site, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Myselfsides Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields, or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance, and conduct. We do not employ, supervise, or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is for general information only. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact Myselfsides Septic and use the website for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Phone, Text, and Email Contact

When you make a call or send a form, you agree that Myselfsides Septic and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@myselfsides.property.

Ownership of Content

The words and design of this website belong to Myselfsides Septic or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Myselfsides Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.
