How Our Network Works

Who you talk to

Myselfsides Septic does not have a crew of technicians. We are a referral service. When you reach out, you are routed to an independent provider in our network who serves your area.

That provider is the person who answers your questions, visits your property, and does the work.

What happens next

Say you send a request about a slow, gurgling drain. Your request goes to a provider near Bernardsville. The provider may ask a few simple questions. Where is the tank or line? How old is the home? What have you noticed?

If you request a callback, the call is routed the same way. Availability varies by provider, so ask about timing early.

Next, the provider may suggest a visit. After that, you should get a written quote. You decide whether to move forward.

What to ask a provider

A few good questions can save you stress. Try these:

  • Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
  • Is the price a fixed number or a range?
  • Are disposal fees and dig costs part of the quote?
  • Do you carry the license and insurance required locally?
  • How long will the work likely take?
  • What could change the price once work begins?

Write the answers down. If two providers give very different numbers, ask why.

You are in control

A request through this site carries no obligation. You can compare quotes, ask follow-up questions, and say no. Providers set their own prices and schedules. Myselfsides Septic does not.

If something feels unclear, pause and ask again. A good provider will explain things in plain words.

Ready to talk to a provider?

Start with a request. Describe what you see, hear, or smell. A local provider can take it from there.
